I have been trying to import an existing sparky project file and came across
two small issues.
1. I have some savefile filenames with spaces in them in the project. Sparky
is quite happy to load those, but it appears that formatconverter is unable
to deal with this and it truncates the filename at the (first) space. I
realize I can go in and rename the files (I tested this with one), but
wanted to report it anyway...
2. Another error it produced:
/home/username/downloads/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccpnmr/format/converters/NmrStarFormat.py:59:
DeprecationWarning: Non-ASCII character '\xca' in file
/home/username/downloads/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccpnmr/format/converters/DataFormat.py
on line 10374, but no encoding declared; see
http://www.python.org/peps/pep-0263.html for details
This appears to be a strange symbol in that file:
#ÊMake sure that code below gets called as well (could be two subsequent
chains with seqCode 1!)
There are still some other apparent problems that keep me from loading the
project even after fixing the filenames, but I will take another look to see
if I can narrow down the problem(s) there...
