If you use the postgresql databases for pnfs you loose them with this
set to "yes"
It just wipes all postgresql database configuration.

It is a bug please set this as a bug. You are quite correct and it
should be fixed in two ways. Also so that configuration updates are not
applied at all at the moment the value is ignored anyway.
You setting it as a bug makes it more more important than me setting it
as a bug and helps me get releases out with CERN approval.
