Peter,
Unfortuantly it looks like I will not be available for the conference as on
current forcasts it looks like I will be at sea. I am aiming to have my next
CD-ROM map up and running by then which will be appropriate for the subject.
It is Robert Symon's 1848 map of the Tamar Valley area coveing the area
from Kit Hill to the Tavy and it includes the mines and lodes of Luckett,
DGC, Morwhellam, Calstock etc . Its republication in an easy to use and
economic format should be a great help to anyone studying the area.
If you are happy I would like to prapare a display in absence of being able
to present a paper and I will arrange for someone else to set it up in my
absence and bring Cds up.
Thanks
John Manley
