Warwick Medical School and Wolfson Institute of Preventative Medicine have collaborated and are recruiting two (0.5 FTE) Research Assistants.
As an experienced Research Assistant, you will work on an innovative, high profile research project to evaluate the national Focused Implementation Site (FIS) programme, designed to improve the delivery of mental health services to black and minority ethnic (BME) communities. Using largely qualitative methods you will describe how policy is translated into practice, and assess the impact of national policy on the organisation, delivery and receipt of mental health care.
Your results will have direct and immediate implications for improving mental health services for black and minority ethnic communities across the UK, and are eagerly awaited by both government and the academic community.
You will have the option of being based at Warwick Medical School or at the Wolfson Institute of Preventive Medicine, Queen Mary's School of Medicine and Dentistry London.
For details of how to apply please see www.jobs.ac.uk. For further information about the posts please contact Professor Scott Weich ([log in to unmask]) or Professor Kam Bhui ([log in to unmask]).
