When you have a work-related problem contacting the Advice Team can
often help you to quickly resolve the issue, as the confidential advice
we provide may be enough to help you deal with the situation.

To contact us:

Fill in our online enquiry form
Send us an email - [log in to unmask]
Pick up the phone - 020 7255 0620
Write us a letter - The Advice Team, CILIP, 7 Ridgmount Street, London

However, the problem may be more complicated and require more detailed
advice. This is why all Members of CILIP now have access to The Work
Foundation online services and helpline staffed by experts in employment
law and human resource management.

The Employment Law helpline is a confidential service. In monitoring the
effectiveness and use of the service to CILIP members the advice team
may occasional contact members to gain feedback on the service received.
If you would like to contact the advice team to help with this
evaluation, please complete this form.
