XML for archaeologists: beyond the hype.
The Archaeology Data Service and AHDS Archaeology invite you to a one-day
workshop at the King's Manor, University of York, on Thursday 28th September
2006. The workshop will map current and future developments in the
archaeological use of XML. Invited speakers from the contracting and
curatorial fields will present clear case studies highlighting practical
applications of the technology. It is intended to inform all sectors of the
archaeological community and is open everyone, although places are limited.
There is a non-refundable registration fee of thirty pounds which includes
the provision of lunch and refreshments.
