UNHCR's newly established Policy Development and Evaluation Service (PDES) has
assumed responsibility for the publication of the research paper series, 'New
Issues in Refugee Research.'
PDES is hoping to increase the number of papers published in the series, and
would like to hear from anyone who has a paper to contribute.
Papers submitted to the series should be based on original research or
thinking on refugee, humanitarian and migration issues. UNHCR aims to publish
the papers as quickly as possible, and has no objection to the papers being
republished in journals or books.
