The V&A/RCA M.A. Course in the History of Design is run jointly by the V&A
Museum and the Royal College of Art, and is taught by a team of academic
staff based in both institutions.

V&A/RCA M.A. Course in the History of Design
£28,212 rising to £33,190 per annum
You will join the Research Department at the V&A to teach a highly-motivated
group of students on the leading post-graduate course in its field. You
should have a record of excellence in research on an aspect of the Design
History of the British Isles and/or continental Europe within the period
1650-1900. You will be expected to teach both at the V&A and the Royal
College of Art; to sustain a high academic research profile in an
appropriate field; to contribute to scholarship on the Museum's collections;
and to take significant responsibility for the administration of the Course.
A doctorate, experience in teaching (preferably at post-graduate level), and
administrative experience are essential.
