Good question, I saw this error (and checking ahead, the missing
GLOBAL.sdf one) after the latest set of HDS commits. I removed HDS and
rebuilt that from scratch, then did the same for GAIA and the error went
away.
I think this is all down the fact that HDS has a new error code
DAT__LOCER, which has changed all the old error codes (comes high up the
in the .msg file). The moral is you need to rebuild everything that
includes DAT_ERR... May as well do the lot.
