Matt
We use local firms (i.e. in Norfolk) for some out-storage, and they compare favourably with some of our own premises. They are also pretty clued up on records management procedures. However we are in the process of reviewing records storage generally, as part of the overall efficiency drive.

Subject: Commercial Storage Contracts
Dear All
Here at Southwark Council we are looking into Commercial Storage and were
wondering if any other local authorities have a contract with a commercial
storage company. If so would anyone be willing to share their experiences
with us?
If so can you email [log in to unmask]
