Dear All,
At Leicestershire we are struggling with the issue of email management
within an electronic client index environment, supported by EDRMS.
Has anyone with ESCRS (electronic social care record system)
responsibilities think they have cracked the email issue or are equally
struggling to manage this?. At present our advice is to treat e mail as
we would paper and manage content into the EDRMS accordingly. However
if anyone has done some joined up work on associating client ID's etc to
auto store I would be most interested. I would also be interested in
sharing current advice in this regard (off list with respect to non
ESCRS bodies). If anything generic comes out I will share with all,
don't hold your breath though.
Regards
Paul
