Nice! I incorporated your debugging mode and support for running oxl
through the system shell. I'm guessing that your GnuDraw problem has
to do with environment variables setup in your .bashrc or something
that are being used by Ox. Anyways, I kept just one command "ox-run",
but you can set a custom variable (ox-run-through-shell) to get the
behavior you implemented. (I was worried that new users would be
confused by the differences between ox-run and ox-compile.)
Customization variables are now properly grouped so you can do "M-x
configure-group ox".
For the debugging stuff, I really wanted to implement full GUD
(Grand Unified Debugger) support, but I only have Ox console, not
professional, so I can't test the debugger. Strangely, there doesn't
seem to be a reasonably priced student version of Pro, so unless Dr.
Doornik feels like giving away Ox Pro licenses to students who
implement open source ox code, I think this is going to be the state
of affairs for the forseeable future...
