thanks ... on second thoughts there are quite a few messy things
(locating STILTS, making sure it's a version that's got TST capability,
invoking the conversion command etc) so I think it's better to leave
it where we are at the moment for the release rather than try to
get this working in a hurry.
I've added a help page gaia.htx/plastic.html - give me a shout (or DIY)
if you think this is at the wrong level of detail or otherwise requires
rewriting.
