it depends on what you want to find out about the training.
If you want to be more general,
then you need ask questions about the course, the moderators adn e-tutors,
the material, the system, the support, issues YOU need to know about.
each of these options need to meet your own targets
as you have set them in the planning stage so to compare.
If you didnt have any initial goals,
then you need to assume learners' satisfaction from 1-5 scale, from low to high.
