Subject: [RMS-NORTH] CRM and information management
Following the very successful 'CRM and Information Management' workshop
held recently in Northallerton, the event is going to be repeated on
Monday 24 July in Gateshead. It is organised by STEP - Service
Transformation Experience Programme - which is a national project
managed by Leeds City Council.
There will be four sessions:
* What are the information management issues for CRM?
* Information Sharing Protocols
* Information Governance Toolkit
* CRM and information management case study
Obviously records management is a core part of CRM. Or at least it
should be. Part of the aim of the workshops is to get everyone working
around CRM to think about all of the issues - in particular the
information management ones.
The workshop is free and will run from 9.30am - 2.30pm
