Although I am interested in the story's conclusions, I do think Ken's
original questions are worth considering. And need to be answered.
I am intrigued by the fact that although he is taking on all religions
(& especially Islam), Harris also argues that spirituality is
necessary. He's against the kind of blind faith that leads people to do
things reason would preclude.
As to whether or not we can only lay blame at the feet of some
religious types, even Ken, if his other posts are to be believed, will
admit that some of them have done great harm, for example all those
true believers' who lead his country right now.
The whole problem/question should be kept open?
