Dear List Members, I am interested in legislation and refugee caselaw from
non-US jurisdictions relating to grounds for exclusion similar to the
US 'material support bar'. Please could you point me in the direction of
any caselaw of which you may be aware, relating to a 'material support
bar'/other manifestations of exclusion due to applicants' (perceived)
connection to terrorism/other crimes/activities contrary to the purposes
and principles of the UN. Basically exclusion under 1.f.b and 1.f.c (i.e
not war crimes/crimes against humanity) and with specific emphasis on
applicants excluded due to a lower level of involvement(e.g. minimal
material/financial/other support to armed groups e.g. given under duress).
Thanks and best regards, Richard Grindell
