HAVE YOU BEEN ON A TRAINING COURSE IN THE LAST THREE YEARS?

My name is Kathryn Taylor and I am currently undertaking a Masters in
Occupational and Organisational Psychology at the University of Surrey.  At
present I am carrying out my dissertation and this is an opportunity for you
to participate in some research I am carrying out.

For this dissertation I am looking into the area of training and
specifically how the knowledge and skills that are learnt on a training
program are applied back into the workplace.

If you have been on a training course in the last three years related to
your job and it has been at least one week since the training finished, then

The questionnaires should take no more than 15-20 minutes to complete.

The information obtained from these questionnaires will be completely
confidential and anonymous and your responses will not be used for anything
else other than that specified above.

Once you have completed these questionnaires, if you could please forward
this email on to as many people as possible it would be most appreciated.
This will enable me to gather enough data to successfully carry out the
project.  

At the end of the questionnaires there is also the chance to enter into a
