I know !!! Just imagine. And to think that I initially poo-pooed the idea of
getting hooked up to it back in '98. It's academic email lists such as the
Nature Religions Scholars Email List (and this list), that have kept me from
throwing in the towel of magic/paganism. There are a ton of books, journals
and research themes that I never would have heard of if it weren't for lists
like that. And I've gotten all my
why-don't-you-contribute-a-chapter-to-a-book leads from email lists. Not to
mention email is a way to zip gossip to the other side of the world in
seconds! I was always a big fan of regular mail (still am) so when I
discovered E-mail, well, no wonder I'm addicted.
Yeah, and the pagan/magical website phenomenon is also pretty huge. (Other
websites probably are too, but I tend not to look at them much).
Pagan/witchy/magickal websites can look real pretty, which can be a
deceptive bit of 'glamour' to bedazzle us visually-oriented types while
masking a lack of actual content... but of course other sites are extremely
useful and educational.
