Is there a printable version of this document available, and also of the RDF one? My poor ageing printer with failing memory can manage only about 3 pages at a time of these documents. It must be something intrinsic in these documents - maybe the images - because I can usually print web documents OK.
Maybe we could have a PDF version or one that uses a stylesheet suitable for printing.
