I've deleted the link to Splash, it's been dead for a while. Splash was
an interesting project, so it might be useful to have something about
it, maybe in this wikipedia article, or maybe under some other learning
object related page on wikipedia.
If you or anyone else wants to add stuff about the HEA RLLOMAP
cataloguing guidelines (or anything else), then I can only say that the
wikipedia community encourages you to be bold
