Dave, there is a lot of policy work going on just now on having Data
Access and Retention Policies for data like this. Equivalents of the DPA
require this. The US claims that all personal data must not cross WAN
unencrypted. Such policies need to say why data is held, for how long,
and what it is used for. Other uses are excluded. RBs will need to have
a policy as well.
