Dear ROC managers,
The gLite 3.0 roll out team is proposing to give support using GGUS.
The proposal is to use the Type of problem field set to "Operations"
(see https://gus.fzk.de/pages/ticket.php?gotopg=home)
Operations is the type also used for CIC tickets.
These tickets will be assigned to the appropriate ROCs by the TPM team.
So the ROC should be the 1st support level for deployment problems for
all their sites (with the experience from the Pre-production service).
If the ROC is not able to solve the problem, then the next escalation
level is the "Installation and Configuration" support unit
([log in to unmask]) where the deployment team will be
listening and giving support.
Please, pass this information to your ROC support teams, and let us know
if you have any comment.
