Some of you will by now already be aware of the new postgraduate programme
in information rights law and practice that is being offered by Northumbria
University from September 2006. The programme has been developed by
Northumbria University in conjunction with the Department of Constitutional
Affairs and a team of experts from within local and central government.
The programme, which is offered by distance learning with optional Saturday
study days, is designed to offer students a flexible range of study options
ranging from individual modules to a postgraduate certificate, postgraduate
diploma and Masters in Law (LLM).
We are now enrolling for the programme's September intake (the programme
will also have a February intake). Should anyone wish to obtain electronic
or hard copies of the programme flyer and brochure, or request more
detailed information then they can do so by contacting the School of Law at
Northumbria University by email [log in to unmask] or by
telephone on 0191 227 4494. Online applications to the programme can be
made through the University's website www.northumbria.ac.uk
