Hi
I am working with a group in Wales who are trying to establish a new Low
Impact Development (LID) in Pembrokeshire. As part of this we are trying
consult with the local community as to their views of the proposed
development, the needs of the area, and their perceptions of LID more
broadly.
I do not have any experience of community consultation and some of the
locals are understandbly hostile. In addition it is a strongly Welsh
speaking area. Could anyone recommend any 'how to' guides or experiences
which might help? We are intending to do a public meeting and some door
knocking.
Any help much appreciated
Thanks
Jenny
