that's interesting. I don't go for crime novels myself, with the one
exception of the late Stanislaw Lem's anti-crime-novel, but I do have a
weakness for TV dramatisations. My occasional literary sin of taste is for
sci-fi books, but I know I'm slumming it when I read them.
Anyhow, projected project, I'm always full of those, most never come off but
occasionally one does, people in GB might have noticed the heavy advertising
for www.sportsrelief.com which is planned for Saturday July the 15th where
everyone is supposed to do a mile, idea is that Vicky, walking frame and
all, will do it, with Dave accompanying. We do have to find out the local
route, Vixen can manage a mile as long as it's on a level surface, despite
her disability she's much fitter than idle sods like Robin Hamilton (!). We
had a word with the students the other night and they are wild about the
idea, notion is to raise funds for ICPS, the cerebral palsy charity. Any
offers (it will encourage Vicky)
Best
Dave
