70th birthday celebration for Stewart Conn
The distinguished poet, Shore Poets’ Honorary President, first recipient of
the Institute of Contemporary Scotland's Iain Crichton Smith Award for
services to literature, Edinburgh’s first Makar, and much more besides,
Stewart Conn celebrates his seventieth birthday later this year. To mark the
occasion we are delighted to announce a celebration at:
The Counting House
West Nicolson Street, Edinburgh

Saturday 11th November 2006
7.30-11.30 pm
There will be readings by Ron Butlin, Gerry Cambridge, Anna Crowe, Christine
De Luca, Diana Hendry, Brian Johnstone, Ian McDonough, Angela McSeveney, Tom
Pow and James Robertson.
Music for the evening will be provided by John Sampson
Cost £5 (concessions £3)
