CONFERENCE
ENTER 2007 celebrates its 14th anniversary of innovative thinking in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in Tourism and Travel. ENTER is the annual international conference where ICT practitioners and researchers in Travel and Tourism meet.

Organised by the International Federation for Information Technology and Travel & Tourism (IFITT), ENTER 2007 continues its tradition as a unique forum for academics, industry and government. The conference attracts a rich and diverse range of international participants, who present and debate state-of-the-art research and industry case studies. ENTER's excellent tradition continues this year in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The high-tech conference venue, easily accessible for international participants, is centred in a rich cultural capital that combines tradition and modern technologies. CALL FOR PAPERS 
This is the initial call for research papers. Further details of streams, themes and the Ph.D. workshop (which takes place the day before the full conference - under the leadership of Professor Juline Mills, Purdue University, USA, Thomas Steiner, University of Applied Sciences Valais, Switzerland and Tanja Mihalic, University of Ljubljana) will follow in a few weeks. PAPER SUBMISSIONS AND REVIEW PROCESS
All submissions are full papers only. Authors must submit their full paper(s) by September 11th 2006 (Word files only please) by using the online submission system at http://services.economia.unitn.it/enter07//index.php?authorsInstructions=1 . Please follow the instructions provided in this webpage for submitting your paper online. Late submissions are unacceptable. Papers must clearly state the background, introduction, purpose, theory/issues, methodology, results, conclusions, and be fully referenced with appropriate citations. 

Two to three peers will blind review all papers and authors should receive feedback by September 29th 2006. The double-blind review process will decide whether to accept submissions as a full research paper, or as research in progress. Where the recommendation is for acceptance, authors must address all reviewer comments to the satisfaction of the review committee. Authors must re-submit their revised papers by October 14th 2006.

Please refer to the attached Author Advice document as a style guide for standards to follow for final acceptance. Please also pay close attention to including appropriate key words. All author guidelines are also available on the website (www.ifitt.org/enter). The conference proceedings distributed to conference participants, will include all full papers. 

An Award for the Best Research Paper will be presented during the conference. The quality of the conference papers and proceedings heavily depend on the valuable and reliable work of the Conference Research Review Committee. Thus, from ENTER 2007 onwards, awards will also be presented to the Best Reviewers during the conference. 

PLEASE NOTE: Authors whose papers are accepted must register for the conference by November 18th 2006 in order to have their work included in the Conference Proceedings. Failure to register for the conference will result in deleting the work from the program and conference proceedings.
