If you just want to export chemical shifts for deposition, start up the
FormatConverter and go to:
Process->Write BMRB chem shift deposition
If you want to write a complete (project) NMR-STAR file, you first have to
make a 'BmrbEntry' that links all the data to be archived together. This
is possible with:
Other->Create/edit Entry
