Looks like a synchronisation issue with regards to the deletion of multiple
spectra and the updating of the pulldown menu in the popup. I suspect your
peaks are totally safe.
Is the problem still present after save and restart? If it disappears I
know how to prevent it in the future. - The EditPeakListPopup still has
some archaic code...
