nb 1. I have passed this round to others in the group and I am not the
only confused person
2. it is definitley confusing from my pint of view having an
ExpTransfer in ccp.api.Nmr and also in ccp.api.NmrExpPrototype which
mean different things (I guess). I only just notcied that one
