I can't reproduce Simon's behaviour with my system (FC4 i386 smp, NVidia
drivers, OpenGl, Gnome/Metacity), though maximising a window using NVidia
OpenGl is not something I would normally do due to the dreaded crosshair
splat problem.
I definitely see some issues with window focus under my setup, but I think
these are really problems with the window manager behaviour rather than
with analysis itself. Are you using KDE Simon?
