Dear Chris Shippen,
I 'm doing a PhD at Manchester University and have done two book reviews and
would welcome the opportunity to review one of the books.
If it were possible I would like to do the Global City one as it fits best
with my current research, but I'd be willing to have a go at any of the
non-environmental urban policy ones.
Thanks very much indeed,
John Latham.
