Is an 'across the boards' wait of three hours safe?
Arguably the worry with minors streams at three hours wait is usually
the target , but is a wait of three hours on majors safe? ( especially
given the semi-arbitraty time frames of 60 and 120 minutes for cat 3
and cat 4 in manchester triage /) - even with 'good ' box stirrring by
senior Nursing staff ( as opposed to bad box stirring - to put problem
patients back - by junior doctors)
