you might find something in:
M. A. Vidier, "Notes et documents sur le personnel, les biens et
l'administration de la Sainte-Chapelle, du XIIIe au XVe siècle", Mémoires de
la société de l'histoire de Paris et de l'Ile-de-France, XXVIII (1901), pp.
213ff.
it is probably based, in part, on this monograph, which i once had a copy of
and sold for a petite Chancon at the 'Zoo:
Morand S. J., Histoire de la Sainte-Chapelle royale du Palais. Paris, 1790.
it looked pretty good, for its age, and had a "cartulaire" at the end which
was a hundred pages long or so.
Morand is, alas, not (yet) on the B.n.'s Gallica site.
