Do you want to increase the number of customers using your library?
Could you market your library better, or more proactively?
Would you benefit from tips and advice on how to raise awareness of the
services you offer?
An interactive one day seminar is being held at the Kings Norton Library,
Cranfield University on Thursday 8th June, to explore ways in which
Library professionals can better promote their resources to
administrators, faculty and students. It will examine how best practices
in marketing can be applied to a library situation and the day will
include presentations, small group exercises, case studies, lunch and
refreshments. A full programme is attached for further information.
The seminar will be conducted by Zuzana Helinsky, an independent marketing
consultant and qualified librarian. She has extensive knowledge and
experience of marketing in libraries around the world and speaks regularly
on the topic at library conferences.
The price of the one day seminar is £60 and places are strictly limited.
The event is sponsored by Cambridge Scientific Abstracts and Cranfield
University. To book your place, please contact Emma Rolfe at CSA by
