I am not sure if it would help but have you looked at the Business
Centric Methodology from OASIS?

On behalf of Jayne Dutra, JPL:
Does anyone know of a useful set of categories for business process
actors like customer, supplier, competitor, etc.? Thanks.

Subject: Question About Taxo Design
Joseph,
Do you know of any Web location that might document Dublin Core terms
for business to business use? I'm looking for some standard that might
express concepts like "customer" and "supplier". I know that DC has
sometimes extension sets and wondered if one had been created for the
B-to-B community.
Thanks again,
Jayne

This is a hard concept to isolate. You might just need to make a list
yourself and then check on the best way each to refer to each group in
your context.
Here's a set of categories I just made up:
Organizational structure
Customers/Clients
Contractors
Suppliers
Competitors
Partners
A canonical set of categories would be handy.
Joseph
