It would be helpful if others could also be explicit about their support for or rejection of this proposal, therefore I've created a very simple survey at:

This is not a vote as such, but concrete views for or against will help steer the Usage Board as they discuss this proposal. The survey closes on the 26th April (a couple of days before the UB meeting).
