I'd try to use just native RPMs mixing different Pythons and Tcl/Tks
causes all sorts of problems. For Frdora Core 4 the current packages I
use that are needed by Analysis are:
xorg-x11-devel-6.8.2-31
python-2.4.1-2
freeglut-2.2.0-16
freeglut-devel-2.2.0-16
tcl-8.4.9-3
tcl-devel-8.4.9-3
tix-8.1.4-100
tk-8.4.9-3
tk-devel-8.4.9-3
tkinter-2.4.1-2
Hope this helps,
Tim
