I use the professionals to drive on Flying squad call-out. The Ambulance
service collect and deliver. The vehicle is usually here by the time we are
ready to go.
Re call into the Hospital for Trauma Team work - being rural we get good
notification and I usually arrive before the patient.
With Helecopter arrivals the other patients have often arrived by land
ambulance before the helecopter patient gets into the department (with a few
exceptions of course!)!
I have no confidence in the green light. Increasingly I have less confidence
in my ability to "power-drive" through traffic when I think that the public
do not really know what a green light is used for.
