Brilliant - thanks for that explanation. I have to admit that I agreed to go withoput having a very clear idea of what it was about (Imean somebody asks you to go to Venice - you just say yes, right).
Now I've read your description I can see that it will be very exciting.

Subject: Youth European Parliament
Hi!!!
Youth European Parliament is an European project created by FICT (Federation
Italiana Comunita Terapeutiche) together with one of it's members -CEIS
Venezia-
The participant are from different TC's in Europe. We will first create an
online forum to prepare and to share the contents of a meeting we are going
to in Venice in may 2007.
The participants will propose different social themes, that we think is
important to discuss, and provide some information about in the online
forum.
All the material will be published at the meeting in Venice.
In Venice there will happen a lot, working group about workshop themes where
young participants will compare their national experience, and we'll listen
to international famous speakers.
The long term object is to open a dialog about social themes between
participants with a particular care for the links between the social area
and the voluntary teams. The finally product will be a report about the work
in progress of the work shop.
I think this will be very interesting, and hope & think I will learn a
lot...
We are two girls that are going to Venice from Phoenix House Haga in Norway,
and we hope there will be other women there as well, because there are not
so many girls in Tc's in Europe.........
Did you get a clearer view of what the Youth European Project is now??
Best regards
Vibeke
