Very interesting topic! If you have a manuscript for the lecture, it would
be great if you can distribute it to the list.
I'm now starting to do some research on the land use impact of private
community. Does anybody know any theoretic or empirical study on how private
community may have different impact on land use (like density, location,
environment, ...) from conventional urban development?
