Accident Books
As it says in the book (or does in the official one for sale from TSO) 3
years from the completion of the last page in the book. (This is regardless
of how long it takes to get to the last page) Remember completed pages must
be removed from the book and kept secure under the Data Protection Act.

Subject: Accident books
Hi
I normally lurk on this list since I'm a librarian not a records
manager. However, I wonder if anyone could give me some guidance on how
long accident books should be kept?
Please reply to me direct, unless you think this is likely to be of
general interest (though I guess most of you will know the answer
already!)
Thanks for any help,
Liz
