George Hall has also got a fairly major stash of MJs, as I guess a lot of
you already know.
But, wouldn't it make a fantastic project to digitise the lot and stick it
into a searchable Web Database?? It would require good textbridge-type
software, that can scan and render text, but doesn't get all hung up and
embarrassed on things it doesn't recognise. The NLW have such, for instance.
Isn't this the sort of thing that HLF funding was supposed to be able to
support? It would be a huge job, but think of the benefits to anybody
interested in mining history! Google the MJ! Wow, what a dream!
