Wright State University Announces:
Technology-based Learning with Disability
An interdisciplinary concentration available to participant in four
doctoral programs: Biomedical Sciences, Human Factors/Industrial
Organizational Psychology, Engineering, and Computer Science and
Engineering.
Technology-based Learning with Disability...
Designed to provide a broad and comprehensive education, realistic work
experiences, and opportunities for problem centered research in the area
of learning with disability.
A team of faculty from across the WSU campus will collaborate to train a
diverse, unique cohort of doctoral students interested in bridging the
gaps between the biology of disability, assistive technologies, and the
pedagogy of individualized learning.
IGERT Fellowships are available!
Through a National Science Foundation award, the Learning with
Disability Ph.D program can offer fellowships to qualified applicants.
Each Fellowship has a stipend of $30,000 per year plus payment of
tuition fees.
In order to be considered for the Integrative Graduate Education and
Research Traineeship (IGERT) Fellowships, the applicant must be admitted
into one of the four Ph.D programs. When applying for admission, please
indicate your interest in IGERT Fellowships and fill out the appropriate
IGERT application forms.
