TEMPORARY LECTURESHIP IN CLASSICAL CHINESE STUDIES
Applications are invited for a temporary Lectureship in Classical Chinese
Studies to run from 01 October 2006 until 30 September 2007. Successful
applicants must have a good publication record and experience in teaching
classical Chinese, dynastic history and/or pre-modern Chinese literature at
undergraduate and (preferably) graduate level. Native or near-native
fluency in English will be assumed.
The pensionable scale of stipends for a temporary lecturer is currently
£25,565 to £39,452 a year.
