I'm trying to find trolleys for the Emergency Unit which can elevate the legs as well as the head. All the trolleys I have found use head down tilt which is not the same thing.
I have preferred to keep the trunk flat and elevate the legs for hypotension as head down tilt seems illogical causing a "rush of blood to the head". Am I wrong?
