The British Library produces a quarterly list of Journals, together with
their copyright fees. The las one contained over 210,000 titles (not all
current, but with cross references etc).
This comes on CD. I get the Ingenta copy to build into the Heron service so
I'm not sure what costs are associated with obtaining the CD.
