CcpNmr in itslef compiles with GCC 4.x without any problems. So, it
has to do with Fink releasing its Intel version with Tcl/ TK, Python,
etc. All these already work but you need to install the test version
of fink according to this instructions
http://ranger.befunk.com/blog/archives/000654.html
and follow the instructions below:
After you unzip the archive (contains fink packaging files, .info
and .patch files), please do the following:
1. Create the following folder in your fink installation if does not
already exist (assuming your fink folder is 'sw') - "/sw/fink/10.4-
transitional/local/main/finkinfo/sci"
2. Drop the .info and .patch file in that folder - extracted from the
above-mentioned archive file
3. Run 'fink index' in terminal
4. Run 'fink list ccpnmr' in terminal and choose the version you want
- probably 'opengl'
5. Run 'fink install <your choice>'
All the best.
