Actually ---
Now that the encodings are based on the DCAM, we are not really encoding
"Dublin Core", but "anything based on the DCAM".
So maybe we should say:
Expressing Dublin Core-based Metadata in XYZ
or just
Expressing Dublin Core Metadata in XYZ
where "Dublin Core(-based) Metadata" is defined as metadata conforming
to the DCAM.
Better options?
